Admission procedure

Nrityabharati takes admissions twice a year, in the month of April and October (during the time Vijayadashami). Since the admissions taken are limited, the registration opens one month in advance. On the day of the admission pooja is performed for the student. The student should bring one coconut, flowers, fruits (even in number), Agarbatti and Guru Dakshina

       Rules and Regulations:

  • Students should be punctual and regular in the classes.

  • Students who miss more than three classes without notice will be demoted lower batch.

  • Compulsary carnatic vocal classes will be conducted once a week. These are free of charge.

  • Students should come in proper uniform: yellow kurta, red salwar and red dupatta till 2nd level and green kurta, red salwar and red dupatta till 4th year, white kurta, red salwar & red dupatta till the 6th year.

  • Fees should be paid positively by the 10th of January, April, July and October. Fees can also be paid annually in which case annual maintenance charges will be waived off.

  • Students are expected to participate in cultural functions organized by the academy.

  • Parents are requested to follow their ward’s progress and to supervise their practices.

  • The summer break will be of duration of 15 -20 days in the month in the month of May and June and winter break will be 10 days in the month of december.

  • Fees will be collected for all twelve months irrespective of holidays.

  • If student misses classes for more than three months then re-admission charges will be taken.
