WHAT WE DO FOR OUR STUDENTS:
- On admission each child is given a set of theory and practical notes, music book and a practice CD for the practice of steps till the second level.

- Regular internal exams are conducted in the last three months before the final exam so that the child can fare well and is familiar with all sorts of questions. - On graduation from the academy the candidate may be absorbed into the academy as paid staff.
THE ARANGETRAM:
After completing a full set of items, i.e. the Margam, the student is ready to perform the arangetram.The Arangetram means the first full fledged Bharatanatyam performance of a young artiste who performs in an auditorium in front of a distinguished and cultured audience, press and media. The Arangetram is a landmark in the life of a Bharatanatyam artiste just like an examination in the life of a student. In this performance the young artiste proves to the world that she is a good Bharatanatyam artiste.
The expenditure of the performance is that of the parents and is about 1 lac rupees which includes the cost of booking of hall, printing of invitations, costume and jewellery, photography and portfolio, refreshments, orchestra payments, honouring of Guru and presentations etc.
After the Arangetram the young budding artiste can get opportunities for solo performances at various organizations, like ICCR, Chinamayya, Indian Habitat Centre or abroad.
OPPORTUNITIES:
- Every child on attaining a certain level of perfection is taken for performances like Annual Performance, Ganesh Chaturti, Janamashtami, Dushehra, National Level Dance competitions held at Pune, Dehradun Cuttack etc.
- Children are also taken for Doordarshan performances as decided by the Director.
- Children who show good progress may be taken for appearing in the National level scholarship auditions, Senior level scholarships and Doordarshan audition.
- After completion of Visharad (degree) the child may be given registration number by the University as registered examiners and teachers,
- As this is a valid and recognized degree the children after graduation can get proper placements in schools
Admission procedure:
Nrityabharati takes admissions twice a year, in the month of April and October (during the time Vijayadashami). Since the admissions taken are limited, the registration opens one month in advance. On the day of the admission pooja is performed for the student. The student should bring one coconut, flowers, fruits (even in number), Agarbatti and Guru Dakshina.
Rules and Regulations:
- Students should be punctual and regular in the classes.
- Students who miss more than three classes without notice will be demoted lower batch.
-Students should come in proper uniform: yellow kurta, red salwar and red dupatta till 2nd level and green kurta, red salwar and red dupatta till 5th year.
- Fees should be paid positively by the 10th of January, April, July and October.
- Students are expected to participate in cultural functions organised by the academy.
- Parents are requested to follow their ward’s progress and to supervise their practices.
- The summer break will be of duration of 15 -20 days in the month in the month of May and June.
- Fees will be collected for all twelve months irrespective of holidays.
- Student who misses the classes for more than three months then re-admission charges will be taken.
